- First Month: If you are unsatisfied with our services within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.
- Subsequent Months: Refunds are not available for recurring monthly payments. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and no further charges will be applied.
- Cancellation: To cancel, provide at least 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle.
2.2 Project-Based Services
For one-time project services (3D Engineering Modeling, Technical Documentation Review, IoT Systems Setup):
- Before Work Begins: Full refund available if you cancel before we commence work on your project.
- Work in Progress: Partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed, minus any costs already incurred.
- Completed Projects: No refunds are available once the project has been delivered and approved by the client.
2.3 Advertising Campaign Services
For paid advertising management (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads):
- Management Fees: Our service fees are non-refundable once campaign setup and optimization work has begun.
- Ad Spend: Advertising budgets paid directly to platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) are non-refundable as they are third-party charges.
- Performance Guarantees: While we optimize campaigns for best results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes due to factors beyond our control.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services and fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Consultation fees and strategy sessions
- Custom research and market analysis reports
- Content creation that has been delivered (graphics, videos, copy)
- Domain registration and hosting fees paid to third parties
- Software licenses and third-party tool subscriptions
- Rush or expedited service fees
- Services that have been fully delivered and accepted
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern or dispute:
- Contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider
- Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in suspension of services

- Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be subject to collection procedures
